No, clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are clearance dresses new or pre-worn?
Clearance dresses may have been previously hired and can show signs of wear. If you have any questions regarding the condition of a particular dress please email info@dresshireau.com.au.
Can I try on clearance items?
Our clearance items are kept in storage at our Eltham warehouse and are not available on the shop floor for browsing. If you wish to try on a clearance item, please speak to one of our team members in-store and they will retrieve it for you (subject to availability).
