If you have chosen to return your dress in-store please drop back by your return date during the hours below. There is a return box located at our warehouse front entrance.

• MON 8am - 6pm
• TUES 8am - 5pm (DROP OFFS ONLY - NOT OPEN FOR TRY ONS)
• WED 2pm - 8pm
• THURS 10am - 8pm
• FRI 10am - 6pm
• SAT 10am - 4pm
• SUN 10am - 2pm

The return box is not accessible outside of the above hours.

VIA POST

If you purchased a satchel to post back simply place your garment in the satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a yellow Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date.

If you are unsure of your return date please click 'View your order' on your order confirmation email and then click on 'Show order summary’.

If your hire ends on a Sunday or public holiday simply drop back in store or return your dress to an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm the following business day.

We rely heavily on timely returns; by posting your dress back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. No one wants to be left without a dress so please make sure you return your dress on time! If you return your item(s) late you will incur a thirty dollar ($30.00) late fee for every day you are late up to 200% of the retail value of the dress as indicated on our website. If you are unable to post your item(s) back by 4pm on your return date please contact us at info@dresshireau.com.au.

If you have lost your return satchel, it is your responsibility to send the order back to us via Express Post by the due date at your own expense. Please make sure to forward on tracking details. Simply drop back in store or return your dress to an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm the following business day.
