- We will contact you within 48 hours to let you know if your try on has been approved or not
- Once approved we will express post the dress(es) to you
- Simply post the dress(es) back within 24 hours of receiving your try on in the prepaid satchel provided

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By completing this form you are agreeing to our T&C’s listed on our website (www.dresshireau.com.au), including:
a. The dress must be returned in original condition within 24 hours of delivery
b. If you return your item(s) via an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) where it will be scanned over the counter as proof of lodgement then you will not be responsible for late fees provided the item(s) are lodged within 24 hours of delivery. If you post your item(s) via an Australia post box you will be charged $30 each day the dress is received after one (1) business day of your return date.
c. If you return your item(s) via an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) where it will be scanned over the counter, as proof of lodgement then the article will be deemed as returned and we will accept responsibility for the article after the first scan. If you return your item(s) via an Australia Post Box and the item(s) is not scanned and is lost by Australia Post then you accept responsibility for this loss and will be required to pay the retail cost of the item(s) in addition to the try on fee already paid.
d. You agree to have the above card charged up the value of the retail price of the dress listed on our website.
e. This form does not secure your booking. We are unable to hold dresses for your actual event date until a booking is placed via our website.
